The location is very nice, there are several train stops just around the hotel plus the train station. Quite comfortable room. Very nice staff. / приветливый персонал, довольно удобная комната, непосредственная близость нескольких остановок трамвая и центральной жд станции.
I've stayed there before and quite liked my stay there. However this time I had a huge problem with the cleaning. They didn't change the sheets on my bed even once over my 5 days stay. Also they didn't really clean the room, just changed the towels and made the bed. I don't think i'll stay there again after this. / я уже останавливалась в этом отеле и была вполне довольна. однако в этот раз у меня были дикие проблемы. они не убирали мою комнату! за 5 дней моего прибывания они ни разу не сменили постельное белье, они не мыли в ванной (благо я не особо свинячила), только вытряхивали мусорную корзину, заправляли постель и меняли полотенца. не думаю, что остановлюсь там снова.

The room here was super spacious, and even had an open bathroom - so cool! the bed was like sleeping on a cloud, seriously so comfy 😊. They had really great Wi-Fi that was free, and the staff were all really nice and helpful.
